$2.6 Million Verdict- Pre-Trial Offer of $10,000

A jury in Florida returned a $2.6M verdict against a rehab facility, making clear that it is unacceptable for a staff member left alone with a patient to sexually assault the patient. The highest pre-trial offer was $10,000.
