As soon as possible! We recommend attending a Justice College Workshop or Advanced Private Trail Structuring at least 6 weeks before trial – especially if you are new to the program.

A basic understanding of Trial Structure is possible by attending one of our Justice College Workshops for 4 days or hiring a Justice College Instructor for an Advanced Private Trial Structuring program for 2-4 days. Many students then spend many hours on their own practicing and preparing for trial using our methods. Mastering Trial Structure is a journey that can change a lawyer’s practice and his life.
